About Hannah

​Hannah joined Shirley Parsons in 2022 and has been on a thriving journey of learning, contribution, and growth.

Whilst her initial focus was on Construction and Consultancy; Hannah has since broadened her expertise and operates across all areas of HSEQ and covers various sectors.

To date, Hannah has had the privilege of being actively involved in organising and participating in nationwide networking events as well as opportunities to share her knowledge through external webinars on career development and internal training for colleagues both nationally and internationally.

Hannah studied a BSc and MSc in Psychology at University and loves to incorporate this into her every day.

Health and Safety Business Partner (ISO Specialist) Central Auckland - with ad-hoc national travel Permanent $$$ Competitive We have partnered with a well-established building product manufacturer and builder who are looking to appoint a Health and Safety Business Partner who will specialise in the implementation and management of the ISO management systems, with a focus on ISO 45001. This unique position will see the successful candidate project manage the implementation of ISO 45001 throughout the six business divisions under the group, and provide hands on technical safety support across sites. As Compliance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in implementing, maintaining, and overseeing various electronic management systems and processes.Your responsibilities will encompass quality management, document management, and internal monitoring and reporting. The Compliance Manager will be responsible for: Conducting audits of systems, processes, and documents.Managing project registers, including Project Deliverables, RFI, Shop Drawings, and Consultant Inspections.Document and Drawing Management (Aconex/Procore), Defect Management (Aconex Field/Procore) and Internal Monitoring and Reporting (Acuite).Regular engagement with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders will be integral.Monitoring and upholding quality standards by collaborating with subcontractors and consultants to gather evidence for project deliverables.Collaborating with local authorities, clients, and subcontractors to secure relevant certification and documentation.Actively contributing to the enhancement of company systems and processes through collaboration with the HSEQ Team.
