​Miranda is a strategic business leader with vast experience across the resources, energy, and oceans industries.

She has worked alongside governments and regulators across Australia and globally, to help drive best practice and collaborative HSE and sustainability leadership programs and performance.

Miranda has experience working with large-scale, high capital and complex engineering and infrastructure projects and with major hazard facilities offshore in the marine environment. She was involved in the Australian response to the Gulf of Mexico Deep Water Horizon disaster and has led industry and government HSE policy and regulatory teams.

This dynamic and fast-moving business has operations stretching from Whangarei to Invercargill. Reporting to the National Health and Safety Manager, we’re on the hunt for two highly motivated and experienced individuals to take the business onto the next step of their safety journey.Having previously worked in a high-risk environment, you’ll be a proven change agent, able to lead people and drive engagement. Ideally based in Hamilton, we can also consider applications from Christchurch, Auckland or Palmerston North. This will be a permanent, full time position, and candidates will need to be based within a commutable distance to one of the following sites - Newcastle, NSW / Colongra, NSW / Laverton, VIC / Traralgon, VIC. While travel to site will be required for this role, working from home will also be available with flexibility to manage your own diary.
