​Miranda is a strategic business leader with vast experience across the resources, energy, and oceans industries.

She has worked alongside governments and regulators across Australia and globally, to help drive best practice and collaborative HSE and sustainability leadership programs and performance.

Miranda has experience working with large-scale, high capital and complex engineering and infrastructure projects and with major hazard facilities offshore in the marine environment. She was involved in the Australian response to the Gulf of Mexico Deep Water Horizon disaster and has led industry and government HSE policy and regulatory teams.

Senior Environmental Advisor Remote working with travel to the following sites - Newcastle, NSW / Colongra, NSW / Laverton, VIC / Traralgon, VIC Permanent $120,000 - $150,000 + Super Shirley Parsons are pleased to have parented with a government owned, high profile renewables business, who are looking to appoint a Senior Environmental Advisor to work across their projects in NSW and Victoria. This will be a permanent, full time position, and candidates will need to be based within a commutable distance to one of the following sites - Newcastle, NSW / Colongra, NSW / Laverton, VIC / Traralgon, VIC. While travel to site will be required for this role, working from home will also be available with flexibility to manage your own diary. The Senior Environmental Advisor will be responsible for: Managing the Environmental Management Systems for a range of sites, identifying environmental improvement initiativesDesigning and delivering environmental assurance programs and deliver training across different sitesTravelling to sites across NSW and Victoria to conduct site visits and lead on incident investigations and certification audits.Providing authoritative advice regarding environmental risks and impacts, regulatory risks and effective controls for a range of different projects.
